Welcome to 2A Knit Wear. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use our website 2aknitwear.com or buy from us through our website, Facebook page, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp or by phone. "We", "us" and "our" mean 2A Knit Wear. "You" means anyone who visits our website or buys from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give true and complete information, including your name, phone number and delivery address.
• You must not use our website for anything illegal, place fake orders, try to hack or disrupt the website, or copy information from it using automated tools.

2. Your account

• You can shop as a guest or create an account.
• Please keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is involved in fraud or repeated fake orders.

3. Products, sizes and colours

• We try to show our products, colours and measurements as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different in real life because of lighting in photos and your screen settings.
• Knitwear is made from knitted yarn, so the measurements of each piece may vary slightly from the size chart. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are not sure about your size, message us and we will help you choose.
• All products are subject to availability. We may change or stop selling any product at any time.

4. Prices and offers

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• The delivery charge is shown at checkout and added to your order total.
• Offers, discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the stated period and while stock lasts. Unless we say otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prices and offers in our Facebook and Instagram ads or posts may change. The price you pay is the price shown on our website when you place your order, or the price we confirm to you when you order by message or phone.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then accept the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Placing an order

• When you place an order, you are asking to buy the products. We may call you or send an SMS or message to confirm your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, we cannot reach you on the phone number you gave, the address is incomplete, or we believe the order is fake or fraudulent. If you have already paid for an order that we cancel, we will refund you in full.
• Orders placed through Messenger, WhatsApp or by phone are also covered by these Terms.

6. Payment

• Cash on Delivery: pay the delivery person in cash when you receive your parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready.
• Advance payment: for some orders, we may ask you to pay the delivery charge or the full amount in advance by bKash, Nagad or Rocket before we dispatch your parcel.
• Online payment (when available): the payment is processed securely by the payment provider.
• Only send money to the numbers shown on our website or official Facebook page, or given to you from our official WhatsApp number. We are not responsible for money sent to any other number or person.

7. Delivery

• We deliver all over Bangladesh through our courier partners.
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka after your order is confirmed. These times are estimates. Delays can happen because of holidays, bad weather, strikes or courier problems.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the parcel after reasonable attempts, it will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled.
• Please check your parcel when you receive it. If anything is wrong, contact us as explained in our Return Policy.
• If you refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason, we may ask you to pay the delivery charge in advance for future orders, or we may stop accepting Cash on Delivery orders from you.
• Once your parcel is delivered to you or to the person you asked to receive it, you are responsible for it.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us.
• If you cancel after your order has been dispatched, this is treated as a return, and delivery charges may apply.
• Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return Policy.

9. Reviews

• Reviews should be honest and about the product. Do not post anything false, abusive, offensive or unrelated, or anyone's personal information. We may remove any review that breaks these rules.
• By posting a review on our website, you allow us to show it on our website and social media pages.

10. Our content

All content on our website and social media pages, including our logo, product photos, videos, designs and text, belongs to 2A Knit Wear or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission. For example, you may not use our product photos on another page or shop.

11. Limitation of liability

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, floods, strikes, political unrest, internet or power outages, or courier disruptions.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or any other law of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The Terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first, as most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be solved this way will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
